Is the entire apartment rented, or individual rooms?
At Green Apartments 6 by MTP (Bukowska 11A/6), we rent individual rooms. Depending on your needs and availability, you may book a single, double, or triple room.
What rooms are available?
We offer three rooms:
- Single room — one single hotel-style bed
- Double room — two single hotel-style beds
- Triple room — three single hotel-style beds and a private en-suite bathroom
All rooms are bright, with large windows, hotel-style beds, small tables, and armchairs.
Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
The triple room has a private bathroom reserved exclusively for its guests. The single and double rooms share a separate bathroom, available to guests of those two rooms.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes. Guests have access to a shared kitchen, intended for preparing coffee and tea, breakfasts and suppers, and light meals. The kitchen includes (among other amenities) a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishes, cutlery, and basic essentials for your stay.
Is the kitchen comfortable for meals?
Yes. The kitchen has two tables, so you can sit down comfortably for breakfast, enjoy a coffee, or plan the day before heading to the fairgrounds or into the city centre.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is self-service via an access code. Before arrival, you will receive all the information needed to enter both the building and the apartment—no key collection required.

Check-out is by 11:00 am (11:00).
Is the apartment in a building with a lift?
No. The apartment is on the second floor in a building without a lift.
Is smoking allowed?
No. The apartment has a strict no-smoking policy.
Are parties allowed?
No. Parties and gatherings are not permitted, including hen and stag nights. We also kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm (22:00), out of consideration for residents of the building and other guests.
Do you observe quiet hours?
Yes. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (22:00–6:00).
Can I bring a pet?
As a rule, pets are not accepted. Any exception must be agreed in advance with the owner before you book.
Can I stay with children?
Yes—children are welcome. Please note, however, that we do not provide cots or extra beds.
Is parking available on site?
The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space. There are paid car parks nearby, including Green Parking (by Concordia Design and the Sheraton Hotel) and Park & Go Kaponiera.
How far is it to the Poznań International Fair (MTP)?
The apartment is located right by MTP, opposite Gate No. 6. The fairgrounds are just a short walk away.
How far is Poznań Główny railway station?
Poznań Główny is about 800 metres away—around a 10-minute walk.
How far is Poznań city centre?
The apartment is close to the centre. A tram ride to the Old Market Square area typically takes around 7 minutes (about four stops).
Are there shops nearby?
Yes. A Żabka convenience store is located right next to the building, and other grocery shops and services are also within easy walking distance.
Are there restaurants and cafés nearby?
Yes. The apartment is in a well-connected part of Poznań, close to restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transport—an easy base both for fair visits and for a short city break.
Where are the waste bins?
The bins are on the property, beyond the far end of the building. Walk along the pavement beside the building to the end, then turn right; the containers are set further back.
Can I receive an invoice/receipt for my stay?
Yes. An invoice/receipt can be issued on request.
