Planning a trip to the Poznań trade fairs and looking for accommodation near MTP? Choosing the right location is the key to a successful business stay. Instead of losing time on commutes from distant hotels, opt for a comfortable base just a short walk from the exhibition halls.
1) Prime location: only five minutes to the fairgrounds
If you search for “accommodation near MTP”, time is usually the main consideration. Our properties are located at Bukowska 11A, which means the Poznań International Fair (MTP) is just a brief five-minute walk away. No traffic, no parking headaches, no expensive taxi rides. You can pop back to your room during the day, or quickly get ready for an evening business meeting.
2) Comfortable accommodation near MTP — for companies and private guests
We offer two options, tailored to different needs:
- An independent apartment — ideal for management teams and guests who value full privacy: your own quiet retreat, with a kitchen and a bedroom.
- Rooms for rent — looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising on standards? Our rooms in a three-room apartment are an excellent choice for company staff or smaller groups who want to optimise the cost of their stay.
3) A standard that supports your work
Good accommodation near MTP is more than a bed—it is also a place where you can work efficiently. Our properties provide:
- High-speed fibre internet — reliable Wi-Fi, suitable for file transfers and video calls.
- Full amenities — a coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board: everything you need to look—and feel—professional.
- Restaurants close by — in the evening you can enjoy the best of Jeżyce and Łazarz, both just around the corner.
4) Book direct and save
By choosing our accommodation near MTP, you avoid intermediaries and gain transparent rental terms and the best available price. The 2026 trade-fair calendar fills up quickly, so it is worth booking early for key events such as Budma, ITM, or Motor Show.
